Stayed with our touring caravan and had a nightmare. Website stated they are level pitches. Some pitches are but there are a lot that are very uneven. We had to virtually take are van off the floor to get it level and then couldn't get the awning to fit. We then had to go and spend another £160 to get a gazebo to store our things in. In fairness to the staff they did try and move us but hadn't got the availability on another pitch. This really should be stated on the website but there is nowhere that says they have unlevel pitches. The sight was clean and had good facilities but if bringing a older child that wants their independence wouldn't recommend has they have to be accompanied by an adult in all activities if they are under 16. Our grandchild was bored has he couldn't access anything by himself. He loves the pool and is a excellent swimmer but he wasn't able to use it unless we were with him. We hadn't had this issue on other parks. I do understand that there is health a safety issues that have to be considered and not all children are safe but there should be some disclaimer you could sign and there was always park staff present at all the activities. The staff were pleasant and helpful on site and they are not to blame for our issues. I feel that the website is very misleading and the points I've made should be more clear.
