Whilst the facilities and entertainment are of a good standard, the accommodation does not always meet this standard. We stayed in a gold caravan which was grubby, outdated and unclean on arrival, with remnants of the previous occupants in the form of cigarette ends all over the entrance, unfinished cans and crumbs and food pieces all over the worktops and floor. This standard of accommodation needs to be vastly improved to meet the standard of other areas of the park such as the entertainment areas. The check in staff were impolite, unenthusiastic and did nothing to make us feel welcome on arrival.
