It is a nice holiday park with great, clean facilities. However we didn't like the fact that dogs were allowed in the restaurant, especially as some of the dogs didn't sit on the non-carpet area, as requested (nothing was said by staff). It's unhygienic and put us off eating in the restaurant, knowing that previously, a dog could have been sniffing and drooling over the table. We are also a bit alarmed that the pool area wasn't lit up in the evening, as on the first night, our two children walked out of the restaurant area and nearly walked straight into the pool (see attached pictures). Reception staff were welcoming and helpful and it was nice to be able to use the facilities of the other parks close by. However, when we went to use the outdoor slide at one of the parks, we were informed that they were only open a short period in the day. We all loved the milkshakes, and the kids enjoyed the arcade. Finally, making the booking online was nice and straight foward, although it would have been nice, if it had summarised our booking before making the payment, for any errors etc. We did enjoy our holiday.
