The online booking process was good and easy to follow. I have booked to go to Woolacombe Bay several years in succession, and I was pleased to see that you had taken on board two of the points I had made in previous feedback I had given:
1. That the charge of £30 (for the past few years) to reserve a specific caravan was excessive, especially as I expect it affects a higher proportion of your regular customers who had come to regard specific accommodation as "THEIR home". I was very pleased to see that it had gone down to a much more reasonable £10 this year;
2. I was pleased to see that this year I was able to book a specific caravan (the same one as in every previous year!) actually online during the booking process, thus saving me the usual bother of having to make a phone call or send an email after my online booking in order to reserve a specific caravan. However, when I received the subsequent emails confirming the booking in general, I was disappointed to find that there was still no mention of the specific caravan I had booked, neither in the body of the text message nor in the attached .pdf, so I still had to send an email in order get written confirmation that the correct caravan had been reserved. PLEASE can you get your IT people to incorporate this minor, but to my family and probably many other "regulars", important information into the written confirmations.
