Booked online and discount was good but I forget to book a Silver lodge that included our dog so rang into the call centre and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and found me a Silver Lodge which included dogs, but when the confirmation came through it only stated 2 bedrooms and not 3 as I had confirmed with her so had to ring her back and she sent me through another confirmation.
