I paid an extra £10 to book a specific caravan when filling out the e-form. This did not appear in the final receipt. I have paid for a service and accommodation and it does not show.
This is a violation of the trades description act 1968 for services and accommodation for the description of service.
This needs to be addressed urgently by your website developers.
The other issue with the booking service is that it should show you at the end of the booking process a summary of what you have entered and ordered before final purchase.
