Took several attempts to book successfully. This was due to the web page 4 of 5 continually telling us we hadn't filled in sufficient details, when we had filled in identical details each attempt. On the fifth attempt it finally accepted the identical details. It would seem your web site will not accept bookings without a mobile phone number. What happens if you are one of the minority who do not have a mobile phone!! like us.
Found the whole process very frustrating. Hope the holiday is going to be worth it.
