Seems one is unable to pay in full when making the booking??
I then received email saying I wouldn't be reminded to pay balance and if I didn't the booking would be cancelled
When I tried to pay balance it wouldn't go through so
chatted online to advisor who insisted I had to phone in to resolve the issue I refused to do so as the only number quoted was a non geographic number and I refuse to use these on principle (they cost me 35p per minute on my plan and are never available on any package for zero charge). No mobile or geographic number could be made available so In the end the advisor called me and processed the payment.
