my order still hasn't arrived, although I placed it 18 days ago and I tried contacting you by email, and I even wrote to you on your facebook page, I tried finding a phone number so I can speak to you directly, but there was no success, I already paid for the order and I haven't received any typo of email from you since the 12th of November (one day after I placed the order) and I am extremely unsatisfied with your service
