For thicker hair on your vulva it's not very efficient. The length of the hair shortens down on like 70% percent of the hair, but the hair is still stubby with like 1-2mm, so you still have to use your razor afterwards. But for my rectal area, its very good! The hairs are thinner, so I guess its easier to disolve from the cream. It did burn a little bit, not much, and had no problem with any discomfort of the skin afterward. But those hard to get hairs from between your buttocks were gone with this cream. So that's very positive! But I would liked that the "baby skin" promise of the product would be true, so that all hairs would have been gone after my shower and not having to go through with my razor for the thicker hairs.
