The hair removal cream is great until you simply have stubble regrowth in which case it doesn't seem to do anything atall. It works for longer hair but sadly it's not much use for me after the initial first go. I thought it was great at first but second time round (after I had already ordered a second tube) it was useless..It does sting a little on sensitive areas but nothing unbearable and it's the best I've tried in that respect. I will continue to use what I have left for underarm and legs but sadly for the main use this is promoted for it's not effective long term. The soothing balm is pretty good but does sting a bit for a couple of seconds
