Delivery and packaging is great. The cranberry intimate wash is really nice smelling and better than other brands for that reason. However, the hair removal cream barely removed any hair for me upon first use a couple of weeks ago, and upon second use it’s left me with a few nasty burns and barely any hair removed again. I think it smells pretty similar to other hair removal creams too, just without the same results.
