I ordered their hair removal cream and post shave balm. The hair removal cream which is what most their advertising is around is awful. I used it the first time following instructions to a tee - only kept it on the maximum amount of time recommended and it didn't remove anything. The second time I took the risk and left it on a lit longer - this time it only removed patches of hair. I applied a thick layer of the cream and made sure it was evenly coated so no issues with my application. I even applied it and remained out of the shower for the majority of time as not not preemptively wash any off. The company are ripping people off - it's not worth the money. I've seen many people complaining on social media site and the company are not seeming to have a lot to say on the matter.
