Ordered the hair remover and the soothing balm duo and both totally irritated my skin - it was a VERY uncomfortable evening for me. But beside that, sadly, this didn’t remove any hair at all (and there wasn’t a ton to begin with), so I’m pretty disappointed, especially as the product had such great reviews!
