The product did not work. I emailed to request a return of the product, they responded telling me that I needed to try it again. I did, with a really thick layer....as in a whole tube on 2 legs....again did not work!! I've now paid over £30 for 2 tubes of hair removal cream that don't work!!! Avoid...avoid...avoid!!!
