Completely useless and really runny.
I tried using the hair removing cream the day it arrived and was very disappointed. I left it for the full 6 minutes but it removed no hair whatsoever. It was also really runny so impossible to use the applicating spatula and kept on dripping onto the floor.
The packaging was nice, and the lube and moisturiser are decent, but the actual hair removal cream gets a thumbs down from me.
