I love the hair removal and saddle sore creams and have not been using anything else since I found them. My skin is extremely sensitive and shaving has always been a huge pain (quite literally). The hair removal cream produces little to no irritation, but in all honesty I have to leave it on quite a bit longer than what the packaging says for the hair to be removed (too long will cause burns though, it's a fine line).
