My parcel was “shipped” on the 2nd of December and has been saying its “out for delivery” since the 4th. It is now the 17th of December and I have still not received it. I emailed about this on the 15th of December and I have not had any response. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to using the products and I have spent money on something that was never delivered.
