I ordered this product before Xmas and received it on the 7th Jan!
I emailed as I haven't received a shipping email and they told me it had been shipped and to look in my spam for the shipping email, low and behold that email arrived 20 seconds after they responded. I again responded a few days later to be explained how many shipping days there had been and that it will he here when it's here.
I won't be using them again!
