Reported to London trading standards.
I ordered a product off the above website, usually i receive an email confirmation. I didn't receive anything via email. A few days past and i emailed the company on the above email asking them if they have sent the order and if they could resend my email conformation as i hadn't received anything but the money was taken from my debit account.
I had no reply to two emails and i also sent a message explaining to their instagram account and again no reply.
