The removal cream doesn't burne at all which is good, but it does nothing to my hair either. I left it on for the full 6 minutes, nothing. Customer service is shocking, truly shocking. It took forever for them to bother to post my order, then when I asked for advice as the cream doesn't work, I got nowhere at all. They finally replied after 4 weeks with a stupid, generic email, so clearly they hadn't actually bothered reading my email at all or they would have known I already mentioned things they included in the email as "tips" for using it. The moisturiser is amazing however which is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. It's a shame I can't use it once it's done because I'm never buying from this "company" again.
