Order 141180, I made a woowoo order around 1st Jan and received an email saying it dispatched 4th Jan, however that email contained no delivery information or tracking number. Simply a link to woowoos shipping information page stating that delays can be expected with their delivery partner Royal Mail. I waited for some other email from woowoo or royal mail on their behalf saying what my tracking number is etc but no email arrived. As I heard NOTHING I waited, assuming it was just shipping delays and my tracking number would come. It has been 2 weeks now so I contacted customer service who then say “oh it shows as attempted delivery on the 6th check your tracking number….” What tracking number ??? You never provided one! How am I meant to know somethings going to be delivered if I don’t even have a tracking number ?Heard great things about the products but will not be ordering from here again. This level of customer service is shoddy. At this rate, my products are probably on their way back to Woowoo. Once woowoo has received it I shall get a refund. Just disappointing.
