Was really hopeful for this product. Loved the packaging. But first attempt, carefully following the instructions was hopeless. I had hair off in some places but not others. Very difficult to apply thickly when the product is sloppy and runs off. Also left me with a really sore patch of skin in my groin. Second attempt I left it on for the full 5-6 minutes without the testing, showering and general faffing about. It did remove most hair this time. But after a different area in my groin was sore. The supposed soothing balm made it burn even worse. So it finally removed the hair but certainly no gain without pain.
