I did exactly what it said on the packaging, rubbed the strips together fast for well over 30 seconds place on skin rub down 10 times or more and then pull skin and rip. It was genuinely the most painful experience of my life. All of the wax had stuck to the hair on my body and instead of coming off fast and quick it came off slowly and painfully. All of the wax was stick and stuck to my hair and would not come off. I tried everything to get it off and eventually i had to attempt to shave off the wax and the gel. It took me well over a half hour, sitting in a bath of hot water putting soaps etc on it and then shaving it for it come off. Will not be purchasing this product again!
