After having to contact numerous times now on email & on Instagram for a reply regarding my order I placed my order on 2/04/22 and it’s now the 14/04/22 I was told it was shipped on the 8/04/22 to the Royal Mail with tracking number since this date Royal Mail have still not received my order. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and service they have provided. I have emailed numerous times and still haven’t had a reply from my last email or Instagram DM, this is very poor service for a business, I see from Instagram/tiktok that ‘influencers’ that are gifted products have managed to have there orders before somebody that’s actually purchased the product themselves
