Package arrived quickly but otherwise product was bad. Left TONS of excess wax behind and did a very patchy job of removing my hair. I only did a patch test in the end because I had a reaction (my rating isn't based on this as I know that can happen!) but I dread to think how long it would have taken to clean up had I used the strips on my bikini area
