Good delivery time, and packaging not too excessive. I purchased the hair removal cream: this worked very well and was much less irritating than the other sensitive big brand versions (I tend to leave it on longer because my hair is thick and I experienced no post-removal redness). The formula was much more runny than typical creams though, so you have to apply it carefully and slowly to stop it running down you. I think it would be great if there were different spatula options so you don't have to keep getting little spatulas. I personally prefer prefer the nair remover for its large area and tapered edge that helps remove the hairs. The instructions suggest a loofa for hair removal, but I find circular motions encourage ingrowns by confusing the hair follicle direction and I prefer to check my hair is ready for removal and work in sections.
