Horrifically unorganised company, I ordered a product, they decided to blame the courier service for the product not arriving on time when in fact they just hadn’t dispatched it yet. Two weeks went by and still no parcel so I demanded a refund. Customer service was abysmal, absolutely no help or organisation from anyone.
