After reading the reviews, I was very excited to try the hair removal cream. I followed the instructions and waited the right amount of time before testing a small patch etc however this product did not work for me at all. It left my hair patchy and the areas where hair was slightly removed was prickly. I tried this product three times and the results were always the same. When I directly contacted the supplier, I never received a response which does not make me feel valued. They are quick to reply to the positive Facebook comments, but not to the customers who are disappointed. I'd also like to point out that I specified other products from their website worked very well for me, it is just the hair removal cream I was unhappy with.
