Hair removal cream didn't work. Emailed for a refund and was told to try it again leaving it on longer than required on the instructions on the packaging. It still didn't work and I still want a refund but haven't had a reply. I assume it's due to COVID-19, maybe you don't have many staff working at the minute. But not impressed with the product or the customer service I received in my initial email.
