Terrible customer service. I placed and order and revived an automatic email saying that I’ll be emailed again when items are dispatched... I never received an email. 10 days later I filled out the contact us page to ask what was happening and no response. 2 weeks later and I filled it out again as well as emailed the hq email address and no response. The next day the items magically turned up. I tried the cream and OMG i think I burned my bits off and only left it for 4 min total. Waste of money really and worse customer services especially for a new company. Won’t repurchase and wouldn’t recommend
