I have only used the product once and it did a fair job. I had quite a lot of hair to remove but it didn't remove it all and some places were left quite stubbly. I think I will try and leave it on a little longer next time. My only problem is that I had a lot of burning around the holes, which even after I had washed it off burned for hours after. Also the smell like all hair removal creams was awful and even after washing the area three times after I had washed off the product the smell still remained, so I had to leave it 24 hours before revealing my masterpiece to my husband as I didn't want him down then when it smelt like cheesy, fishy egg.
