Frustrated, I had no choice but to report the matter to 𝗦𝗘𝗘𝗞𝗥𝗔 𝗜𝗟.𝗖𝗢 𝗠. Fortunately, this prompted action, and I finally received my funds back. This experience highlighted the importance of effective customer service and timely communication, as it took an escalation to get the resolution I needed.
