Delivered as promised. The in-game experience was not the best this time. There was no communication at all, just a summon, ready check and that's it. No instruction, no heals, left to die during boss fight. I did get a rez after, but no one checked to see if i got what i came for. This is my second experience with a boot and the first was much better. That said, I got what i paid for. I would buy again if needed, but with lower expectations about the actual experience, or communicating expectations prior to the event. Customer service was good, checked in after and seemed genuinely concerned about my feedback. They made an effort to improve my experience and in the end all is well. Much appreciated, thank you.
