I ordered 14 swatch packs from Wowvow, they were sent out quickly and received soon after as they were sent through Royal Mail 24-hour tracked. Everything was well packaged, each swatch pack was sealed and bagged together in a branded bag and then in strong, suitably sized cardboard packaging. A good first impression. Nothing got damaged and has given me confidence in ordering from them again.
