I would like to congratulate you on your customer service. Recently I ordered some beaded flower embelishments, which were perfect, and some satin ribbon. The ribbon I ordered was called 'bridal white' which I expected to be white. However when it arrived it was definately ivory. I telephoned you and had an immediate response (no answering machine or several minutes of music to listen to). You were very understanding and replaced the bridal white with pure white ribbon. The whole process from first placing an order, returning the ribbbon I was unhappy with to receiving the colour I wanted only took 5 days.
