It was a pleasure to meet you all on Wednesday, I never expected to receive such a warm welcome, I felt like a true VIP. I was so excited to pick up all my stationary, when I got home, I couldn't believe the care and attention that had been put into how everything had been packed and presented. Everyone I've shown just loves it - including the registrar who now has an order of the day card, she told me it was one of the loveliest she had seen. I have to say everything thing you and your team have done has been way beyond my expectations, from the moment I dealt with your company. Wendy was fantastic she went to so much trouble to find me the right ribbon and trimming for my napkins, the whole team is a credit to the business. It is so rare to find a company who really provides outstanding customer service, and where you genuinely feel that everyone is working towards providing something really special, especially when its your wedding day.
