Was excited about this product and ordered 4 ,unfortunately I put dead batteries in the first one and thought it was terrible and was very disappointed but after emailing wowzr and them being extremely nice and patient with me I replaced the batteries with new ones and what a difference,I can stop playing with it and can't wait to Christmas to give the other one to my sisters. The delivery was quicker than expected and the company were quick to reply to me . I won't hesitate to use and recommend this company to anyone ,excellent customer service and exciting product .
