The items came on time (although not tried yet as they are Christmas gifts) but the parcel was thrown over a 6ft wall onto our back garden during a rain storm. The packaging was soaked but fortunately the items were dry. I just think that it would have been better if it had been taken back to the distribution centre for pick up.
