Query answered by email promptly. Items ordered arrived very quickly. Packaging makes items look expensive. Bought as Xmas presents so can't comment yet on items themselves. Have recommended website to several friends also looking for present for family (often male) in teens or 20's - notoriously difficult to buy for so hoping gifts prove to be as good as they look.
