The shopping experience very good,but I have had problems getting into my account ,I have a full day conversation with your people trying to put things right but in the end they couldn't understand why, so they told me they would talk about it and I would here from your company but as yet I have heard nothing and still can't get into my account. I also tried to change my password but again something was wrong with your set up and it would not let me do that,so feeling rather frustrated.
