I bought 3 Boombox V3 and received it in 3 days. It works wonderfully as shown in the videos. I like it, now I can turn any thing into a speaker where ever I go! However, the webpage for ordering an item would need more thoughts on access of info. After selecting an item (in my case was 3 Boombox V3) I did not see any link to my Basket next to the selection part. I had to look around the webpage... And there it is, on the top right corner with a tiny icon with the tiny word "Basket"! After get into my Basket page, there were no explanation or charge of P&H. There was a whole heap of info links underneath the page but who would look for? Then on the Checkout and Pay (after a login page though), again, no info about the P&H charge. Luckily there was a tiny window of info in the corner of the Checkout page "Contact Us". I tried my luck, it was a chatbox and lucky me, it's open! A lady there explained to me the charge for P&H was free if the total was over $99! The lack of this important info had made me hesitate to proceed further. Only at the final steps of checking out that there were some info on P&H and how the item would be sent! I think P&H should be put at the early step along with the cost of the items which would give me a better educated decision to whether I should proceed or not. Customers are often caught off guards on these hidden costs such as P&H charge in buying online. Some buying online webpage only give the cost of the bought item would give a customer a false impression of cheap price. I hated that. Anyway, thank you for prompt service with tracking updates via emails. I go enjoying my new Boombox speakers now. :D
