I like the product (collapsible food storage containers) but have mixed feelings about customer service. Once finally contacted they were helpful, but nobody was ever there to answer the phone and email responses took quite a while after I had trouble with the delivery. Not happy with Hermes delivery used as they are completely UNcomtactable. Comparison with a company I just made a purchase from this morning and realized I'd made a error in which color I had selected--quickly answered customer service phone, corrected my order, all sorted. That is the way customer service should be--they will be getting an A+ rating from me for customer service, Wowzr more like a C.+.
