There was a delay in receiving my order (due to Black Friday demand) but I received an explanatory / apology email as soon as they realised there was a problem. I received my item a couple of days after the email (within 2 wks of ordering) which was fine as I'd ordered in plenty of time for Christmas ...
So despite the delay I feel I received great service and would definitely use Wowzr again. Now I just need to see my daughter's happiness on opening and using her present. :)
