The company was good at keeping me informed. After all, some trouble in December is to be expected. The company that should get the parcel to me was lousy. 7 working days, 11 days total from the email saying your parcel "will be delivered today" to it actually turning up... They raised some false hopes there! Despite being tired I had it paired within 5 minutes of unfolding the instructions and it is a good sound with the music. Having some issues with the spoken word files but I am battling an ongoing issue with software, so, don't blame the x-pop play speaker. The on/off tones are very loud though. You have been warned!
