The speakers have not arrived in time for Chrostmas despite ordering on 13/12. I used live chat on 23/12 to ask where it was and was told the postcode I entered was wrong. No one has contacted me to check it and I Am also disappointed that no one uses their initiative of looking at the actual address I entered. So as a result there is no news on the Hermes shipping update and my son has no present. All in all a rubbish service.
