I made a mistake on my address, and was told that a change of address is not accomodated. I actually sent an email 30 sec after i press confirm. It is very surprising that its not flexible and also i was only given either 50% refund on my next purchase or 50% refund back.
I am just thinking, how are you able to send a parcel with a 6 digit postal code in Australia?
I know you are a small business, and I used to own my own online business as well. When I have similar cases, I actually sent a replacement to my customer at my own cost, that's customer service and will have continuation of support from my customers.
Please review on your policies. You just lost not only 1 customer but possible groups of online shoppers.
