After a worrying start to my first purchase where I hadn't received a confirmation that my speaker had been dispatched and an inability to contact you by phone I feared the worst, however after emailing yourselves I did get a quick response and was sent confirmation that it had been dispatched and a tracking number for Hermes. Another concern is also the inability to contact Hermes as their tracking system is somewhat ambiguous with it's description of where a package is. All this said I did receive my speaker within the timescale stated but would prefer some better communication lines of information rather than be left to guessing whether I would receive my speaker, especially as we live in such a technological world and this type of communication should just be a matter of button pushes away
