I ordered 2 x BoomBox V3. One works, the other doesn't. I have tried to contact 'Customer Support' by telephone 5 times today - from morning to evening - and each time 'there is no one available' to take my call. I have left a message but have not been called back.
This is not acceptable.
I want to return the faulty item and either have it replaced or receive a refund.
Hope this review will receive a response.
