I ordered the boombox V3 , opened to have a look before i wrapped it up as a christmas present, took the lid off the top, tried to unwind it to see how long the cord was but it didnt come out at all, the cord was only about a cm long, when i put the lid back on the cord snapped, you cant see a cord at all now. Not happy with this product. I have rang and left a message, and emailed, and got the generic email about happiness engineers, but thats it
